Mr. Horton is the founder and principal of Horton TX. Robert earned an undergraduate degree in Building Construction and a Master's degree in Land and Real Estate Development, both from Texas A&M University. In addition, he has served in a top-level leadership role with a real estate development firm in Fort Worth, Texas since 1995 and has an extensive portfolio of experience with single-tenant retail development for clients including Walgreens, 7-11, Starbucks, Advance Auto, Cash America, Northern Tool, Aspen Dental, and Raising Canes.
During the contraction of retail development in 2008, Mr. Horton ventured into the self-storage market seeking an opportunity to create ongoing cash flows and a means to utilize excess land holdings not suited for retail. This strategy allowed for the acquisition of larger tracts toward multi-use developments and more stable cash flow to counter any future economic downturns going forward.

Braden is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master's in Real Estate.
Braden is responsible for site acquisition, contract negotiation, lease negotiation, budgeting, financial analysis, and project management.
Braden holds an active Texas Real Estate License.

Project Administrator
Ms. McMillian is our organization’s Project Administrator and Development Coordinator. Originally from Ukraine, Luba has a Master’s Degree in both English and German languages with a secondary focus on Accounting from Nezhin State University in Ukraine. She is also a certified paralegal with 12 years of experience in commercial law. Before that, Luba worked for over 10 years as a project administrator for Raytheon Technologies on the U.S. Department of Defense Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program, a cooperative program to secure and destroy weapons of mass destruction in former states of the Soviet Union. Luba is responsible for accounting, documentation, and administrative functions at Horton TX.
Director of Construction
Brian has over 25 years experience in commercial construction and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997. He started his career on the commercial contracting side of the industry and has held both senior and executive roles since 2002. Brian has worked on private and public projects including site and infrastructure development, and a wide range of buildings up to 400,000 SF in size.
Brian works with municipalities, architects, engineers, and clients from the inception of a project through completion. Brian coordinates with contractors and our clients on the construction of all projects from design to building delivery.
